Scholarships for the 2016 school year
Several Coral Springs families learned that their children would have a scholarship to study in 2016.
In November 2015, the team at Coral Springs Bilingual School in Villanueva handed out the scholarship letters for the 2016 school year. Scholarships go to children whose families cannot pay the full tuition.
Volunteers and the school leadership met the families in the school office. For several mothers it was a relief to know that their children could keep studying at a bilingual school.
Scholarships are paid for by donations. By the end of 2016, nearly 20 students were studying with a scholarship based on their family’s need.
