Children’s books in English and Spanish so kids read for pleasure and practice their English every day.
Children who read for pleasure learn more, and at a bilingual school reading is the best way to practice English outside class. But in Honduras, children’s books in English are expensive and hard to find.
We want our libraries and classrooms to have leveled books for every age, from first words to young-adult novels, so every child finds one that is just right for them, in English and in Spanish too.
Your donation helps us:
- Buy leveled English books for every grade.
- Add Spanish books that encourage families to read together.
- Equip the library with shelves and materials to care for the books.
